Fuel Rail Refit

Injectors and rail refitted, question is on the refit of the trumpet base to the inlet manifold do you assembly dry or use a jointing compound like Hylomar?

I didn't use anything on mine. There was no evidence of anything used on removal.

It's a nicely machined face and there's quite a bit of surface area, so I opted for a dry fit.

I normally use a thin smear of PU sealant.

Many thanks as there was no gasket based in your responses will just clean the faces before assembly.
