Hi.
Im doing some work on the front suspension, and have fitted some replacement top ball joints.
I know of the challenge of "aftermarket" versions ie being a bit wider that the OE spec versions and not being able to get as much -ve camber.
So are there any other alternatives to overcome this problem.
Im sorting the car out to do track days and sprints and would like to get at least 2deg -ve on the front without the joint binding up.
Is there some sort of rose joint arrangement that can be fitted.?
What do the Race Chimaeras have fitted.?
Thanks.

I can't help with the race camber etc, but I've fitted this today and it was a straight OEM swap.

The picture does look like it is the thinner type similar to the original fit.

Indeed - I did ring up powers beforehand and they told me it'd drop straight in.
Getting the old one out was a bit of a pig (actually, a lot of a pig) but fortunately they were true to their word and refit was nice and easy!

Hedgehopper.
They arent what im after, im in need of the top ball joint not the whole wishbone. but thanks anyway.

Ill see if i can call Mat Smith...

Just out of interest, does anybody know the max amount of -ve camber that can be achieved "safely" with the "correct" thin original type of ball joint.
