Door Opening Knob Info
Discussion
Just posting a bit of info re the internal door opening Knob. My one came a little loose. ( could be an age thing
)
Its a little pig too even see where the grub screw let alone tighten it. I eventually took the Knob off and therefore I could see where and what was needed to tighten it.
It needs a 1.5 mm Allen key . I assume all these grub screws are in the same place. On top of the knob there are 2 arrows facing each other indicating a rotary direction. The grub screw is at the bottom of the raised vertical portion /Grip that is between the arrows. Its in a place that is difficult to even feel for but once you know where it is and what size allen key to use its quite easy.
Might save someone money for the swear box sometime

Mine came loose and I discovered it had been tightened onto the wrong place.
There is a cut out on the shaft with a flat on it. I tightened the grubscrew onto this. Previously, it had been below the cut out as seen by the worn groove. The button on the top is now only just proud of the knob. I may catch it less with my elbow now!
