Top steering column bearing

Has anyone ever changed the bearing that sits under the steering wheel boss?
It's a ball bearing type, with a plastic cage...

I've removed the steering column and pedal box, for painting...found bottom bearing, at my bearing suppliers, but top one is automotive only. I've since found a Vauxhall one on Ebay..!

Nothing particularly wrong with it, until I removed it!
