A sad day

Tomorrow will be a sad day. My TVR shall be going to its new owner. After nearly 2 years of pleasure, its time to move on. A sad day, and reflecting on a great roadtrip last June after Le Mans covering 2000 miles across France and the Pyrenees. She will be missed.

Yeah, winter months trying to sell a convertible is not easy. As soon as the sun came out 2 weeks ago I was besieged with enquiries and turned away 3 people after agreeing the sale on Monday. Still be sorry to see her go.

Not sure yet mate. Going to have a play at the weekend. I wont be upgrading so it wont be very exciting so dont hold your breath!

Not upgrading then, so a V8S is out of the window then .
You could always do up Claires S to the 9's and get something faster like an EVO .
Hope you didn't have to 'give it away' in the end.

nah, now that the prices have tumbled I'd be too worried about the chavs in Hedge end getting hold of them and turning them into a real life version of your one on Tim's profile

didnt give it away but i think the chap got a good deal, especially considering the mileage, condition and a grands worth of adjustable shocks that were brand new. I think we are both happy bunnies and I am chuffed its going to a good home.

cheers mate - unlikely to be in a Tiv for Le Mans this year. We still have the TVR S2 but thats likely to be having some work done over June. Well, April, May, June and July
