Help with Chimaera info ?

Can anyone help please.
I recently sold my Chim to a guy in Germany and he is having problems getting it thru the German TUV (MOT).
He is requesting the following info from me as it isn't shown on the COC document (which I supplied) ..... info req'd :-
CO2 emissions level
NOx emisssions level
Maximum speed limit on engine
Maximum load level

Yes, I'm aware of the how daft this seems but the new owner says he can't get it thru TUV until he gets this info.
I have asked him to contact the German TVR club but not sure if he's gone down this route.
Appreciate any help.

Contacting the German TVR Club and/or seeking advice on a German TVR Forum is the route to go. Some German states are tougher than others but getting a standard Chimaera through TÜV should not be an unsurpassable hurdle.
