I'm still trying to get to the bottom of my running problems (overfuelling-black sooty plugs) and have replaced just about the whole ignition system, still no joy....RoverGauge has indicated I am overfuelling with constant -100 long term trim, so I've turned my attentions to the airflow meter.

This is a new replacement meter ERR5198 fitted today and I've videoed the results.

Sadly I seem to be getting the same old readings as the previous one. As you can see at idle it's running at 1.8v which seems very high to me, and with the ignition on test it rises to around 2.0v then settles to 0.38v. The old AFM did the same but took aver 14 secs to stabilise to 0.38v.

Not sure this new one is going to be much better. Do the values look OK?
