Hi
I am slowly busy doing a body off restoration.

As the title says how do remove this AIR hose?

I have tried to twist it, pull it, put a screw driver behind the end. But nothing seems to work.
The one thing I have seen is if I pull hard on the hose that the heat insulation moves a bit.
Could it be that the tube is fixed some how behind the heat shielding??
Any (+ve) comments are welcome. smile

Is that a heater Hose?

Seems like it is bonded in place and you would have to work round the outside of it to free it off.

It delivers warm air from the heater to the drivers footwell. On mine I had to remove the plastic louvred vent in the drivers footwell first, it was all bonded together with sikaflex and quite tough to disconnect.

Hi,

tried to remove it but it is sealed/glued in place.
at least the air vent plastic thing has to come off and afterwards you shoul;d be able to remove the hose if not silcaflexed inplace.

I did not succeed to remove it because i did not fancy to replace the hose :-(
