Ask whoever supplied the rear section?

Another supplier may not match exactly scratchchin but I suspect any of these could get you a bit..... clicky

Will take a look at both thanks, I won the rear section off e-bay (£63.00) and it has a slightly smaller rear screen which is great for when you put the roof down, think it was Central TVR so will try them first.

Martrim offer three different blues and one is referred to as a TVR blue, they will send you samples so you can find the match.

Be aware all Mohair hooding fades with time which is why it's always wise to replace both sections at the same time. In my experience even if the exact same material is used from the same supplier/manufacturer they never match perfectly if the two sections are done a year or so two apart.

Its also worth asking what grade of mohair you're getting, Stayfast is the cheapest, Twillfast is better, but the king of mohair hooding is Sonnenland.

You could also try these people who specifically offer enough to cover the targa section and claim to be offering the same blue material TVR used:

More options here including one of their blues is specifically TVR:

I think your biggest challenge with buying a used rear section off eBay will be finding out what material was used, so you're really back to getting samples from suppliers in the hope you'll find a match. There are really only three manufacturers of mohair hooding in Europe but each offers at least three different blues, you're probably looking at 12 blues in total across the three manufacturers.

Personally I would start with a call to Martrim and ask them to send you a swatch of their blues.

If you want the best then most OEM car makers like Porsche and Mercedes will use German Sonnenland mohair hooding which is a proper 3 ply material as shown.

I used this when I had my rear section made by Dave The Trimmer, I ordered a big roll of the stuff and sent the remainder to the trimmer who made my folding surrey top so the two elements of the roof match perfectly. Sonnenland is expensive because its made up of two layers of quality mohair sandwiching a layer of elastomeric (Neoprene Rubber) which makes the material completely impervious to water.
