MOT Emmssions limits

Just had my MOT this morning. Failed on minor stuff (sidelight not working and hand brake ineffective on offside)

The car passed the emissions test quite comfortably, albeit with a slightly leaned out MOT map. However the test limits shown on the MOT certificate are different to last year.



Have they changed the limits, or have they just used the standard age related limits rather than the specific TVR limits.

The 2017 figures you have are the same as for my MOT last week.

My car passed although was a little concerned since took my precats out this year - still passed though... phew!

Looks like they were using the standard figures rather than the TVR specific figures from the testers handbook.
