Hi All. I am doing a body off restoration and now have a rolling chassis with engine still in situ but exhaust manifolds removed. It is quite dirty/oily and I want to use a degreaser and pressure washer to clean it. I don't want any water to get into the exhaust ports and wondered what suggestions anyone had for sealing /blanking them off.

Degrease gasket flanges and use duct tape keep the pressure washer away from blasting near the ports direct however wink usually its only the lower half that gets rotten/filthy anyway wink

Thanks. That sounds like a sensible method.
