Hello all

The front RHS indicator on my 98 Chimaera has become unattached and dropped back inside the front valence. Has anyone had a similar experience, if so, how did you re-attach it. I presume I need to use some kind of adhesive.

Thanks

Are they easy to remove on purpose? I've just got some clear lenses and will be fitting then soon once I've cleaned all traces of olive green from them and painted them black.

Yes, sometimes juts a good push will force them out. If there's lots of old Sikaflex, just cut with a sharp knife. I removed the mesh panels to clean them up and to remove the old goo. Then a bead of Sikaflex and push into position. I jammed a piece of wood behind them until the glue set.

Well it all worked out okay. I stuck the lens in first, then screwed on the bulb holder the day after.

Thanks for the advice.
