2 stage otter switch help required

The otter switch on the car was 92/96 degrees & the car was far to hot. Ive fitted a 2 stage otter switch & have it plugged into one terminal only. I want to use both terminals. A wiring diagram would be handy. My car has a relay & fuse for for each fan. I have no idea where the supply to the otter switch is from.
Some where on the forum they may be a wiring diagram for an additional relay. Can anyone help & point me in the right direction.
