TVR Chimaera wiring diagram
Discussion
Steve D, I hope you can help me with a wiring diagram for my newly acquired 430 Chimaera here in South Florida. I have lusted over them since 1993 when I saw one parked at a castle in Germany. One popped up 30 miles away in Naples Florida. I love it but want to make some of the luxuries work such as; the high beams, side marker lights, front park lights, tachometer and speedometer. Is there a relay for the high beam headlights? I can't find a TVR bible that will deliver to the USA at this time. So any format wiring diagram would be much appreciated.

Hi Steve,
Hope I get this correct!
Can you also please send me a copy of the diagram as have purchased a 97, LHD out of Switzerland and found the door switch on the driver's side is not connected to Anything!
Switch is there and thought wires were in rocker behind? Got a camera in there and nothing but glass fibers! Found a white wire running outside the carpet on drivers seat base. Looking in the switch hole is see where a hole was drilled into the cockpit and wonder if the wire should have been attached to the switch through this hole? Was there for a purpose I assume??
Any help is truly appreciated!
Love the car, have been an owner for about 40 years and dearly miss my friends at the factory!!!
Best,
Chuck Linn

Pm me if Steve doesnt respond, i can send them to you if thats ok.
They may differ slightly as they are for his car but are great diagrams.
The wire colours are normally white/purple and black, black being ground, the white/purple goes off to the interior light delay relay and the alarm unit.

send me a PM then I can attach the diagrams to my reply.
For your missing wires, as has been said, white/purple and black. I'm not 100% sure but suspect they come from the loom in the B pillar so you may find them down by the door latch mechanism. If you have not been in there you will find a flap in the carpet on the pillar, lift that to expose the latch.
