I sat here with amusement recently and read posts about people picking up there new cars, which gave a right kick up the arse and go buy me a new motor...


A 500 Chimaera none the less.

Well, 4 tanks a petrol later, the neighbours hate me (wait till the Sports Exhaust goes on in a couple of weeks time !!) the mrs thinks i've deserted her and my son said to me "wheres my daddy gone ??"

I still have a huge grin on my face, of course i'm still waiting for my world to fall apart and call the AA, but till then i'm glad to be back in to the V8 fold...

it creates its own sunshine but i'm always greatful for days like today

Kind off, she went on a Spa day Sat when i picked it up and she insisted on showing all of her mates yesterday, her grin is as big as mine !!

Secretly they love it, the one neighbour whos plod keeps popping out to have a look, so i lobbed him the keys out the window last night and let him take it round the block

I have become suddenly very popular (with freinds and petrolheads) and very unpopular (with neighbours) since the acquisition of my (standard exhaust) 500. However 4 houses up from me there is a lad in his late 20's who has a Griff 500 AND a red-rose Tusc!!.

Even I hate him!
