Ladies and Gentlemen

I picked up my lovely 97 Starmist Green Chim on Monday last week and am celebrating my first week of ownership this evening.

In the course of a week I have developed extra special cheek muscle definition from the permanent grin that is now to be found residing beneath my nose.

Hello to all those Tivs who were in and around the A3 Wimbledon to Guildford area who saw a green chim and flashed and wondered why it didn't flash back (sorry took a while to figure out)

Just had to share!!!

Welcome to the fold. We'll be frequent flashers so to speak since I'm a regular driver on the roads around the same area. Look out for a Starmist Blue chim with another grinning newbie!

Welcome to the clan! I'm 12 months into TVR ownership now, and regret not doing it sooner. There's a great bunch of people here on PH, and their help and advice has been invaluable - don't hesitate in posting any questions or concerns you may have about owning and running these great cars.

Welcome Ronnie.

I'll be the lunatic flashing you from a light blue Cerbera in the A3 environs.

Cheers All!!

Cant wait for the weekend again, Any tips on how to stop the water coming through the stitching around the back window. I used some Thompsons ultra wetherseal on the roof on Saturday but it obviously wasn't effective enough? Any ideas?

By the way do you chaps and chapesses know of any meets etc coming up?

Have you joined the TVR Car Club yet. See www.tvrcc.com/ for details. There you will be able to find details of your local region's TVRCC events etc.

Hi, enjoy the car, Tivs are great, as for the leaks, search the threads for this subject as it is quite a popular one, most people recomend Fabsil from camping shops.

The next Surrey TVR meet is the 18th this month at the Talbot in Riply, just off the A3 near Woking, most people arrive at about 8pm.

have fun

Any info on a hook-up time or place? Anybody from Hastings/Eastbourne heading out on the A27?
