Machine a stainless steel caphead down and file the two grooves?
Look for some Ford rs 7 spoke locks on eBay and replace all 4 perhaps?

On my last car, mine were rusty so I replaced them with button head M8 allen head screws. Careful you don't overtighten and crack the plastic and then lose one though. frown

They aren't very secure anyway, they can be undone with a flat wide-blade screwdriver.

Hi, Leven Tech makes a similar type, Alley Key Head in place of slotted key head. I bought some and they are made of Stainless steel.
