Yep, its December 1st, official start of the festive season biggrin Well it is in the Whizz mansion....

Beastie became uninsured yesterday, and was already on a SORN.... first time in 7 years she hasn't been out and about during the winter months frown

Back in September the Doc told me I needed to get more fruit in my diet, so in preparation for a fruit filled winter I bottled up a few litres of sloe gin, crab apple vodka, and blueberry vodka. I haven't had any fruit for a couple of days so as today is special I'll be opening the blueberry vodka. Actually in about 40 minutes time biggrin I'll try and post an update on how I get on with it a bit later.

Stayed in a hotel in the Peak District last Christmas, great (if short) road trip, good hotel, and we were looked after very well.. And before N7 pipes up, no it wasn't an old peoples home smile Not going away this year, but do have a few long walks round the Estate planned.... biggrin

So, who's on/off the road this winter? Anyone else upping their fruit intake? Anyone got any winter road trips planned?

Chilli smile

Mine will be staying on the road as usual. It won't get as many outings as I will keep it away from the salt.

No trips planned although hopefully I will get a track day or two in before spring.

I don't suppose we will see any snow yet again down South so it will probably get used more than you think!

Someone has to keep the Softy Southener end up!

Winter running in a chim is fantastic. It only reaches about 200,000 degrees in the cabin, rather that the 1,000,000 degrees in the summer!
