Anthony, (QBee) and I have booked this.

https://www.trackdays.co.uk/book/cartrackday/11484...

It has been on my track day bucket list for a while and I really look forward to doing this.

It would be great to get a fee more chims (and other tivs) along to make this a memorable day.

This is the track that 5th Gear often use for shootouts. I believe you can actually see the sea from the track.

Mrs phazed and I will arrive at least the day before and will be bringing the tea wagon, (motor home).

Any interest.

Mods, please leave this up on here as it is us chims that fly the flag at these events, (happy to be proved wrong wink ).

Last week I picked up some tyres from close to where you work, John, and got home to Newark in around two hours. From me to Anglesey, per Google maps, is 3.5 hours. So I think it’s is more like 6 hours, but I take your point......it’s a fair old way, and you will need your passport twice - once to leave Norfolk and once to enter Wales.

YAY!!!!!
Erin Dawes, to whom I am related by marriage, is coming as well. Thinks she ought to keep me company, since the delightful Frau Fazed is coming too.
You wouldn't happen to be married to a Lorraine too, would you, Trev?

PS, are you camping or B'n'B'ing? (mods, please leave that word in - it is completely correct for it to have three apostrophes)

Didn't know you guys were bringing your girls along I have spent the last few weeks talking my child bride out of coming so I could bring another set of wheels.
I think this could work out quite well romantic weekend away with the bounus off a track day included, might need to look for a slightly better b&b.

Sure we can meet up before then to collect your track wheels. I live near Newark, but work in the Cambridge area every week. I will be trailering the car to Anglesey, so there will be room for extra sets of wheels.

Thanks Anthony I may take you up on that offer, I will let you know nearer the time, not sure if her ladyship is coming yet.
I have booked a garage so if we get any more cars I'm happy to share.

If you meet any natives don't make eye contact and you should be fine.

Hope you have a wonderful couple of days Peter and Lorraine. Roughly when will you be rocking up in Anglesey? We are driving over on Saturday. Should be there mid-afternoon.

Ditto Trev. Be nice to meet up.
