Washer Pump Fuse
Discussion
If its just stopped pumping its possible even probable its a dodgy connection on the pump or a seized pump.
Easy enough to sort. The pump is a push fit into the water tank inside bottom osf wing bottom.
Pull pump and redo connections. If shaft eont spin take it off soak in boiling hot water and see if that frees it up. Did on mine.

Not convinced it is fused.
I buggered the one on my Saab by trying to use the squirters when my screen was covered in dross on a cold winter morning. Totally frozen, burnt out the motor, rather than burn out the non-existent fuse.
But I think I must be the only TVR owner who uses the TVR in winter, so doubt that is your friend’s issue. More likely siezed up through lack of use..........

Try voltmeter connected to battery, operate washer switch and see if voltage drops slightly, if voltage drops slightly it proves motor is connected
May not give positive proof as the circuit from the wash switch goes to both the wash pump and the wiper delay relay. This is why I asked if the wipers gave a couple of sweeps when wash is pressed as this would prove the switch and its supply leaving just the remaining circuit to the pump or the pump itself.Steve

was trying to activate the rear wash/wipe
I could do with a rear wash wipe for wet track days.......
Well he’s up in Scotland so what can I say?
