Collar that goes on end of airflow meter

Does anybody know where I could source the collar/reducer that goes at the end of the airflow meter and then connects to the long air intake pipe? The one on my car is missing and the air intake pipe is too narrow to connect directly to the airflow meter.

Car in question is a 1993 4.3.
