Here's one for you..... 0-60

I have seen alot of different quotes on the 0-60mph sprint time for the 4LTR ranging from 4.7 - 5.5 secs.

Does anybody know what TVR's own figures are for this??

And also, does anyone know of a proceedure you can have to remove the stupid grin from your face after being out in your Chim' for a blat? I'm beginning to look like Bonnie Langford!

I found that a speeding ticket did the trick.

The grin came back a day later though.

Low 5's using a bit of mechnical sympathy test drivers don't use should be fairly easily achievable IMHO.

I tried 0-60 the other night in the wet hehe :P Took 7 secs but was still going sideways at 60 even though I started out on that anti skid stuff.

I have a printout of a Top Gear group test (Marcos Mantra Spyder, Morgan Plus 8 and Chimaera 4.0) dated July 1994 and they have the TVR 0 – 60 at 5.8 seconds.

Well, I can out gun my mates E36 M3 easily and that aint slow!

Be interesting to find out some defo times..... but when all's said and done.... it's the best fun I have ever had getting to 60!
