Chim 18k Service

Can anyone tell me what is involved in an 18k service for a 4.5 2000 Chim. Would like to know what I am getting for my dough. A link to a page which lists the details would be great. Many thanks in advance.

Don't look like there's much difference between the service schedules - so one wonders why the cost difference?

The scedules are also in the Griff/Chimaera bible. Biggest differences are fluid changes as this takes quite a bit of time and hence money.
