LT77 clutch fork problem
Discussion
Hi - I was changing the slave cylinder on my '93 430 this afternoon and the clutch fork appears to have come adrift, dropping down into the bell housing. I'm kicking myself as I was being really careful not to disconnect the push rod.
I've removed the cover plate at the bottom of the bell housing, but this doesn't really achieve any more access. I guess I'm now looking at having to drop the box out?
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated as I'm probably going to have to do this single-handed. Thanks.

if you have the access hole in the bottom of the bellhousing it is possible to get it back in place the problem is getting the 2 little square blocks that fit into the sides of the bearing carrier and being able to slide it up with the restraining spring that holds it in place on the ball attached to the back of the clutch housing might go straight in but usually tales a while to sort a system as only one hand is possible to get in the housing but a lot less hassle than dropping the box.

Thanks John - there's no access plate, only a cover plate in front of the flywheel which doesn't give access to very much at all.john
