Injector advice

Hi.
With thought she of the future, I would appreciate some advice regarding injectors.
At some stage I am hoping to do a chassis restoration on my car and hope to attempt a GEMS conversion at the same time.
Current engine spec is a standard 500, year 2000. It currently has an MC1 cam but this may get changed to a stealth or a TVR 885.
I am keen to upgrade the injectors to Bosch ones but the variety available is a mine field to me. I appreciate every engine is different but what flow rate (cc) should I be aiming for?
I already have a new 3.0 bar regulator in anticipation ad would like to get the injectors too.
I am happy to buy professionally reconditioned ones as I am told they are as good as new.
There is a seller on eBay (in Spain I think) who Inknow a few of you have used to good effect.
Any help appreciated.

I also have a 500, I replaced the original injectors with Vectra ones, at the same time as having it remapped by Joolz and a 20am flow meter fitted with a 3 Bar regulator.With thought she of the future, I would appreciate some advice regarding injectors.

The car made 325bhp on the rollers.
The injectors were reconditioned and flow matched with documentation to prove, they have been on the car for 3 years and completed 6k miles.
I am fitting a supercharger, so having to go bigger, my current vectra injectors are going up for sale if you’re interested
