Paint matching

I need to obtain the proper coding for touch up paint a for my Atlantis Halcyon Chimaera. Do I have to contact the factory for this information as its not in the handbook or on the original factory order documentation? I need the info for Chipsaway when they come next Monday to do a nose job.

Lift the bonnet and on one of the inner wings should be a plate containing the paint code. This is the one that Chips Away will need.
