So, this has been bugging me for ages but, as always, it's one of those things you don't get around to so, here goes...

One of my Chim's window switches absolutely does not want to stay where it is supposed to. It works its way out surprisingly quickly but there doesn't seem to be much I can do about it. I've tried putting some tape around the switch itself to make it a little bigger and therefore keep it in place. This didn't work so I'm out of ideas. I'm probably overlooking the obvious but does anyone here have any thoughts?

Cheers,

Dave

Change the two over so you know whether the problem is the hole or the switch.

Pop a cable tie around the back of the switch, should at least stop it popping out.

I've just got round to doing the same small job. I used hot glue, holds them in fine and can be easily cut if they need to be removed.

Hey all - thanks for the responses. I finally got around to trying to get this sorted. I've gone with a solution of a cable tie with some no more nails tape around the back of the switch. Hopefully it'll hold - fingers crossed!
