Hi guys, quick qu, will rover v8 starters fit my 450 chimaera? Or has tvr altered the design so only ones made for tvrs will fit?!

Range Rover 4.0/4.6 P38 will, earlier big body Rover P6 stuff for example won't , Discovery 3.5/3.9 will also

I've enjoyed almost eight years reliable service from my cheapo Global Power brand P38 Range Rover starter.

I purchased it from a Land Rover parts specialist for just £51.24 including delivery, all these years later the car still cranks super strongly.

I've also fitted a few of the following £63.00 Ebay starters helping TVR friends out, it works just as well and seems to last.

To complete the job I strongly recommend you upgrade your starter cable and engine earthing at the same time.
