Cannot get into boot

Hi can someone please help, battery went flat, now sorted but cannot get into the boot,when i press the switch, I cannot hear anything, and of course I need to buy petrol.

He has emailed you though PH - there is a delay while PH makes a nice cup of tea and settles down for its afternoon nap before passing the message on.
Expect to hear by 4 pm.

This assumes that the email address you gave PH is still your current one.

If you now have a new battery in the car, the button under the dash boot release should just work anyway

Wow, just the issue I've been concerned about myself as I had planned to have a sporting rifle in the boot at times, and really didn't want to have the boot lock itself on me!

I too would really appreciate the low down on getting it open if somebody wouldn't mind sending it to me.

What year is your car?
