But then the glue needs to go off which will be about 24 hrs minimal i’d Have thought or you risk it loosening off.
There’s a guy who comes to you but can’t find his number!
He has done plenty of Tvr so maybe someone else might remember. He did my mates a few years ago and it looked very good.

I had the roof done a few days before, I only live an hour away, then he did the window etc in a day. I,m very pleased with the work.. it looks great, The guy as been there years so knows what hes doing, when I went there he was doing a MR2, and he supplies dealers with mx5 hoods. you could check is web site or face book page.
These were recommended to my yesterday, fair price too.

Mine was done here before my ownership and the Griff' in the photo is mine.
Still looks good.
Price looks a bit high compared to others.

I guess they still do roofs.

I have used Monsoon for a new hood, albeit it on the MX5, not the Griff.
No issue with quality and five years later it is still looking good.
Nto the cheapest, but I do believe that you get what you pay for. When they did my MX5 they had a classic Aston in for a complete retrim.
I would have no hesitation in using them again, although that is partly through convenience as I only live a few miles down the road.

I think this firm is supply only. Note that the Targa section, VAT, Delivery and presumably fitting is all extrahttp://www.car-hood.co.uk/tvr-chimera-hood-h1052
