Urgent Help Needed - binding disc

Help!!!
Just in process of fitting new front discs and pads, all going fine until I put the wheel back on and tightened everything up, this pressed the disc back too much and binded the wheel so I could not turn it by hand at all, only managing to do so when the nuts were slackened right off.
What can I do to sort this out?
Need help as my car is currently in bits haf in/half out the garage.

Can't quite work out what you're saying but here goes.
The disc needs to be seated before the calliper is fitted. It sounds to me as if you have rebuilt the brakes then used the wheel tightening to press everything home. If so then you need to take it apart again. Seat the disc first making sure it is spotlessly clean on the seating surfaces. Then put the calliper on and all should be OK

Thanks for your prompt replies, all is now sorted thanks to PHer tacoma (Cheers Mike). Cause was due to the discs being slightly wider than the originals the caliper spacer made the whole set up too wide. Once removed all moved freely.
Corin, thanks for your mail - I'm attempting the rear brakes tomorrow so don't turn your phone off just yet.
