Paint Type on 1993 Chimaera

my 1993 chimaera is still in original paitnjob but has a few scratches on the passenger side which might be repaird by smart/spot repair

is the riginal colour water based? as my paintshops over here can only spray that kind of paint.

Oh wow, that's a question. Is Trevor Bee still around? I think he was one of the bodyshop guys (although he mighta been GRP rather than paint, but he'd be a good first call) at Bristol Ave. Last time I looked he was an indie shop working on TVRs, TET composites or similar was the name.

I'd start with him. You NEED it from the horse's mouth really.
