Chopped wiring loom help

Evening,
I'm hoping that somebody can help me to re-assemble the wiring loom for my Chimaera-based project. I've got most of the loom identified but the person who removed it from the original car has chopped it and I'm struggling to put it back together.
The first pic shows the loom laid out roughly in car positions. "A" is the main loom, "B" is the rear loom (rear lights, fuel pump etc), "C" is the front loom. The area I'm struggling with is the area circled.

The second pic is a close up of the chopped area. I've matched up the wires that go to the front loom but I can't for the life of me work out what the rest of this bundle does. I can't find where the rear loom attaches to the main loom and I'm assuming that it must link to the main loom here but the colours don't match up. For orientation "1" is rear loom, "2" is main loom, "3" is (I think) where the passenger door loom attaches, "4" is the front loom.

Can anyone confirm if the rear loom does indeed plug to the main loom in this corner and tell me what wire connects to what? If anyone has a photo of this area of a complete loom that would be awesome. The car is a 1995 4.0 serpentine.
(I have a "Bible" but can't work it out from this.)

I’m struggling to see from the photo resolution but isn’t the circled area where the Ecu connector should be?
I can’t tell if the black box at the top in the first photo is the Alarm unit.

The black box is the alarm. The Ecu connector is on the engine loom which isn't shown in any of these pictures (I know where that plugs onto the main loom, those connectors are still there). The point where the main loom has been chopped is about 10" to the left of where the fusebox spur comes off the main loom.
Id be starting from scratch on a project like that, especially for reliability. The ECU loom can be purchased in its own right just for the engine that will need 12v, ignition, earth and connection to the fuel pump . You really dont want all the extra crap from the TVR loom like door locks, immobilisers, boot locks, interior lights, alarms etc on a simple project like that.With a bit of imagination you can use 7 core trailer cable if you don't mind using the same wiring colours but 3 separate looms
Example:
To rear of car from dash / fuse box
1 left indicator
2 Right indicator
3 Stop lights
4 side lights
5 Fog lights
6 Spare
7 Spare
This leaves 2 spare for whatever extra you want like ignition or unswitched 12v
To front
1) side lights
2) Headlamp dip
3) Headlight full
4) Wipers
5) Horn
6) Spare
7)Spare
To engine
1) Starter
2) Ignition
3) oil pressure
4) Cooling fan
5) rev counter
6) Temp
7) Spare
Nice thing about trailer cable is its really tough and dirt cheap and you have enough spare cables there for things I wont have thought of, but you can get the idea.

Just guessing but maybe the section missing is the one that goes through the passenger side sill area to the compartment next to the seat where the central locking solenoids live.
I've heard the sill area is filled with expanding foam which is maybe why it got left behind.
Someone may be able to confirm.

I've built a couple of (simple) looms before and they both ended up growing into much more complicated (and messy) beasts than I'd imagined, so I still think that using the original is the way I'm going. I'm also blessed with more time and patience than I am with money so cost is a major factor. Thanks anyway. Belle427 said:

Yes! That makes sense and I've just found this photo based on your description.This looks exactly like the connection that I'm missing so if some very kind owner of a 1995-ish Chimaera could take some photos of the 5-pin and 9-pin connectors that live in this recess behind the passenger door it might just tell me what I need to know and i would be very grateful!

I agree. My problem is that my loom is missing one half of this pair of connectors and I'm 99% sure that the wire colours change at this junction, so I need a photo of the half of the connector that I don't have so I can work out what wire links to what.That would be brilliant, thank you.
Specifically I need photos of the connectors that plug into these two (ie the connectors on the loom running along the sill). If you could take a few from different angles so I can see the colour of the wire going to each pin that would be fantastic.
