Repairing leather seats
Discussion
My understanding is that TVR bought leather from whichever supplier they were in credit with that month so there is no true colour code.
Furniture clinic will colour match (other suppliers are available) and in my experience do a very good job you just cut a sample from somewhere under the seat base and send it to them with your order. Their web site has full instructions on how to do the colour and repairs to cracked leather.

How cracked is cracked?
Assuming its not actually split, the first thing to do is give it a good clean and get some leather conditioner on it. I am no expert but have used Gliptones liquid leather to good effect on car seats and furniture alike, even the dogs collar infact!
I have then used their 'Scuffmaster' leather dye to refresh tired seats. They where black, which is easier, but even for that they had the base colour and a couple of tinters to adjust the hue/glossyness etc.

I've just refurbished the entire full leather in my Griffith, I used the Furniture Clinic kit which I'm very pleased with.
I had lots of crease marks and scratches in the top colourant but not splits or cracks, although I know they provide kits for cracks and splits too, give them a call and they'll recommend some products for you.
