What Rolling road to go to?

Hi all, I have recently bought a 1995 4.0 chim. All is well, however I would like to put it on the rollers to ensure that all is running as it should and i am getting all the efficiency i should be and all the power i can.
Can anyone point me in the direction of a good rolling road. Im in Milton Keynes.

Also, what can they do, is it just cam and ignition timing they can alter.

Hi Matey - I know it's a bit of a drive from MK (and therefore a good opportunity for a "before and after rolling road test run", but I'd get down to Gatwick and see Austec. Top blokes, and v knowledgeable.
