Does anyone know what car the handbrake warning light switch is off please. The one next to the gear lever in chassis.
A part number or maybe a link would be great

Forget that. It’s off a a Ford I believe. Dom has them so I’ll support my local TVR parts dealer thumbup

The one on my last Chimaera was broken. I used a mini brake light switch:

Perhaps now's the time to find a waterproof switch, those brake light switches don't last long when fitted outdoors

I replaced a 21 year old switch because it had been broken during a body lift for new outriggers, the body is plastic and the spade connectors were not corroded. Where it is located on the upper chassis rail, it does not receive much exposure. With the body fitted, you access it through the centre transmission tunnel trim and removing the handbrake lever:
