Can anyone advise on a part number or equivalent for the brake reservoir on a '96 Chim. Mine has started to disintegrate around the edges, you literally push a screwdriver through it ! I have tried searching here, but without much luck.

Out of stock @ TVR Parts frown

Think you may struggle to find a new one? Good second hand may have to suffice?

....... but even that may take some finding?

ETA...... expensive but you do get a new master cylinder wink .... clicky

Double Check! Don't take my word for it that this is the correct part

The reservoir is out of stock, but a new (remanufactured) master cylinder with reservoir is available. It is eye wateringly expensive though, but you do get a reasonable discount if you are a member of the TVRCC.

Personally, I'd go with one of those rather than something that has been sitting in a box for ages. Anyway, the ad says that it won't fit non ABS cars, so I'd imagine the cylinder would be useless anyway. Disclaimer - I have no idea what difference there is between ABS and non ABS cylinders is.
