Tyre pressures with very full boot?

Should I increase my rear tyre pressures when the boot is full, ie for this week's Le Mans trip? If so, by how much?

Just had a look in the owners handbook, suggestion is:

'For high speed continental driving or when fully loaded with luggage

Front 25 lbs sq/in
Rear 28 lbs sq/in'

That was suggested whilst running Bridgestone S02's

Front 205/55/15
Rear 225/50/16
