I replaced my fuel hose with some from TVR Parts which is cracking after a few months unfortunately. I am trying to find the high pressure Gates Barricade 5/16th hose, but struggling to find someone selling the high pressure version rather than 50psi. This has been recommended as the best option currently.

Any idea where to source some.

I used the above too after much reading about different hose quality.

Gates 'Barricade' ... the best there is.

If full roll (25ft.) is too much I wouldn't think you'd have any trouble selling excess as I've only ever seen it sold by the roll.

Hi Steve, I am not far from you. It was serviced at Southways in October and am catching up on some bits that were spotted.

Just to clarify, it was me who installed the fuel hose earlier last year.

By the way it runs and sounds so much better after the service.

Hi. Replaced mine 10years ago and replacing again next week. This time I have upgraded from R6 to R9 spec for feed and return. You need around 4mts. Approx 1mt for return from copper pipe RHR wheel arch to top of tank RHS. I've allowed 1mt for the short lengths around the fuel filter/fuel pump to copper pipe. I've also allowed 2mtrs for the short return by the brake valve block to copper pipe but I am extending the feed by about 18inch to the copper pipe behind the plenum[top of gearbox] as I find this a pig to get on so i'm reducing the copper pipe a little. Easier for me to remove exhaust. Also I've ordered Mocal codan High pressure R9,internal diameter of 7.9mm. That will be the second lockdown job as just finished fitting the powersteering pipe upgrade from chimaerapartsonline which looks a lot better than original. Hope this helps. Regards. Hi, forgot to add if any left over you could replace coolant pipe from header tank to expansion tank[same size].

I normally order 5m and keep the spare left just in case.
Can’t see you needing to change most of it for a good few years as the quality stuff does last.
