Headlights MOT Fail

Right car failed MOT today on just one thing the reflector has corroded on one headlamp. So got her home and already had the cowl off and headlight out. So questions
1. Seems you cannot get the Bosch original part unless you want to pay £125 each from TVR Parts. ( Interesting that they also sell the LH drive reflector but this is only £69 #thieves!). So I plan to get both reflectors re-silvered. Anyone know the price to do this? TVR Power have exchange at £86 each.
2. What mastic product should I use to stick the top of the cowl back down with and seal the lense?
3. Anyone got the codes for the bulb upgrades for main beam and side light. A link to where to buy them would be ace.

I sent mine off to silchrome - £112 for the pair inc delivery and VAT in 2017.
I went down the route of buying a LHS set and getting my mechanic to mod them to fit, whilst I sent off my old RHS pair for rechroming. This kinda gives me a spare pair now.
The bulbs are H4. I think I've got Osram Nightbreakers fitted.
