Gear Box oil

Not sure if I have brought this up before but need to change the gear box oil(eventually getting round to it!!!), can anyone recommend the best oil for the job????
I spoke to Graham Goode racing in Leicester who specialise in Cosworths and Imprezza's and they seemed to think that Mobil 1 for AUTOMATIC transmissions was the right one, as this is recommended for the 2 wheel drive sierra cossies, any views on this???, the chimaera is certainly not an auto!!!!

Yep, thats the stuff thats recomended to be used,
I asked if i'd been given the wrong oil when I saw it was for auto boxes but it seems to do a good job,
and its a nice red colour so you can see the leaks easier!
