purchased the car last wk ,ran it for mot and after a set of wiper blades we were on the rd ,and what a rd ,love it but now im finding niggles and one quite large one has taken up to days now the front lights flash when the signals left or right are used also flash when hazards are on and its stopped the horn working ,when i press the horn i can here clicking of the relay ,ive checked fuses and swapped yellow relay ,cleaned horns and connectors ,live at horn when pressed,cleaned earth on chasis by drivers wheel,the car was laid up unused for 5 years prior to my purchase ,ive fitted a new water pump battery 075 any ideas of where to look now thanks

Not relevant to your problem, but I would check all the rubber fuel hoses before too long.
If they perish it can be expensive, and modern fuel with ethanol is very corrosive.
My TVR guy is changing mine every two years.

Sounds like grounding issues to me, have you tried running a temporary negative from the battery to test?
Someone may be able to confirm where the original ground point is.
