red wine on green carpets

Just got back from Lemans, car ran like a dream! Only problem was a bottle of red wine uncorked itself in the heat and emptied it's contents all over my carpet. Does anyone have any ideas of how or what i can use to get this out without damaging the colour of the green any more.:rolleyes:

Try Cheap lemonade..... Works for me...

If it was still wet put loads of salt on it.....leave to dry and it'd soak it up.....
