Nowhere as complicated as I thought it was going to be.
Found out earlier that one of the relay bases in the footwell loom that is normally labelled as A/C is something Rover used but TVR never did. It's that which has been confusing me. It's the black base with a green top and takes a timer module to run fans if the engine bay temp is high after engine shutdown.

Yes. Glad it helps. All my old A3 laminated workshop sheets are sat here waiting for them to be scanned into files (once Joolz is back into her office ...if that ever happens TBH). Adrian@

Been studying the circuit which all make sense from a logic perspective but none of the wire colours match anything I have on the car.

So
Does anyone (or Adrian) have another circuit?

The two I'm looking at are 96 & 97.

Also they both seem to use another relay which is not on your circuit.

I cannot see one for the later car (that one is 94) ..there is a recirculating flap system too, that might help, relating to colours.
