Alright all,
I think I've found the modern day equivalent of the chimaera. With its lovely flowing lines, loads of grunt and that special presence on the road I'm really pleased with my new toy, .plus you can turn the noise on and off

I've driven the F Type SVR on track and that was a hoot, glad I wasn't paying for the tyres or ceramic brakes that day.

The V6 version a mate had was very underwhelming though. Felt heavy and underpowered.

Don't think it was actually that slow just much better NVH levels when compared to a chim meant it felt slow.

I've got the v6s, with 380hp , switch the silly button on and it is seriously rapid and with the exhaust switched on you get the soundtrack as well

Yes, you could still see alright at night though the headlights on the f type are a heck of a lot better.
No, I wish it had been a direct swap but I had to put a bit more to it.
