...Cos i love going sideways... There are three hotspots that i will go out of my way to drive on my journey home just so i can get the chim sideways (all non residential locations, and i would only attempt this when there is no traffic)
Am i sane? Does anyone else love doing this? I think i need therapy. :nuts:
Sometimes you just have to take the long way home, if i never own another TVR i shall take these fond memories to the grave (hopefully when im old and grey)

I recently changed to Toyo Poxies on the back (still got 03's on the front) and compared to the old Bridgestones they are like driving on tyres made from wood, what pressures are you running? I've dropped them to 22psi in the back and they squeal like a little piggy round every island and break away a lot earlier than the Bridgestones ever did, on the plus side though they do seem a lot more controlable in a drift, the Bridgestones had a habit of biteing but the Poxies give a much more predictable slide even if they do give way a lot earlier

The Bridgestones are running at normal pressure i guess (will have to check) Havent tried alternatives (not until next set needed...) The Bridges' seem to break away reasonably easy, but they do occaisionaly suprise me when they bite. They dont squeal at all. seems to be very controllable all round really
i always go the long way home at 2.30 in the morning there is a nice corner that i get it sideways then a mile after that there is a car alarm on a corsa that i set off
when i drive past i slow down put it in second then foot hard down bang the the alarm goes off 5 days a week
should i stop doing this i have done it for 2 years now

keep doin it... there is a saxo near me that does the same, cant resist it.
