WINDOW REGULATOR

Hi.

Despite tightening all of the loose bolts and reinstalling a missing one, the drivers side window glass still shows an excessive amount of lateral movement.

It seems that there must be wear in the slide mechanism of the regulator.

I know that a London taxi shares the same Bosch window motor but does anyone know if the regulator is the same or if it is a modified version fitted to the TVR? They look similar in pictures but not quite the same.

HI Chris, the regulator from the taxis won't do, there are too many differences.
The geometry is wrong.
The bend angle is wrong.
There is no height adjustment.
