Lunch & Ride out with wifey to get some pictures

After enjoying a nice lunch and a ride out, I thought it would be nice to get a few pictures of the Chim for my PH profile, so I decided to find a grassed field, it was well off the beaten track but I found one, whilst driving into the field she died on me (the car not the wife), tried to start her a couple of times to no avail, so we went for a long walk to let her cool down, came back about 30 mins later, still wouldn't start, so rung the RAC, at least a 2 hour wait!
While the wife went to sunbathe in the field I thought I'll have a look myself.
When I turned on the ignition I couldn't here the fuel pump kick-in so went straight to the fuses/relays, checked the fuse and fitted the spare relay thinking I've cracked it, still nothing.
So I jacked her up, removed the rear nearside wheel to check out the fuel pump and found the fault.
When I had driven into the field the long grass and hump had dragged one of the wires off the pump, when connected she restarted no problem.
Backed her out and rung the RAC to cancel.
The wife thought I was a super hero as she didn't want to go through the embarrassment of trying to explain to the RAC man that we went into the field to take pictures of the car (nothing else) and she didn't seem to mind that it was my fault we were in that predicament.
Anyway didn't get the pictures, so I'll have to try again soon.
