Electric window relay stuck on...

Please can somebody tell me which is the relay for the electric windows. Mine seem to be permanently "on". I can't tell from the Steve Heath bible's respective diagrams. Mine is a '95 400.

I'm guessing you mean they work with the ignition off?
They are like this as standard and don't have a relay in the circuit.
