Anyone with a slanted rear plate?
Discussion
Not sure of this fad for bright white LED number plate lights, seems a German thing, with some new Audis blatantly 'showing a white light to the rear' which was always an endorsable offence... so has anything changed?
LED marker lights, stop lights, and indicators, yes by all means, but the dimmer the number plate illumination the better, in my book. 5w tungsten is ample

Agreed, the standard 5w filament lamp gives a subtle and evenly spread cast of light. The aftermarket LEDs give a harsh white cone of light that bleaches out the number plate within the cone and provide no light on the plate outside of the cone. ANPR and other scameras predominantly target the front plate so any argument that they hinder camera detection is mootLED marker lights, stop lights, and indicators, yes by all means, but the dimmer the number plate illumination the better, in my book. 5w tungsten is ample

Thanks for that. Thinking I might go for LED off the bay.
Pretty sure they're Ford looking at yours.
Edit, I lied. VW T5 by the looks of things...

That’s not the correct part. The screw hole spacing is different, and the connectors aren’t proper full-size spade connectors.Pretty sure they're Ford looking at yours.
